1. Two-Wing Revolving Door

Featuring a wide opening, this two-wing revolving door is ideal for the passage of stretchers, carts, and luggage. It is typically selected for projects such as hospital emergency entrances, hotel lobbies, and shopping mall main entrances. Once installed, it ensures high traffic efficiency and is fully accessible-friendly.

2. Three-Wing Revolving Door

The three-wing design strikes an optimal balance between traffic flow and airtightness, making it one of the most widely used types today. It is suitable for office buildings, airports, and bank headquarters, offering a stable structure and excellent energy efficiency.

3. Four-Wing Revolving Door

The four-wing configuration allows for airtightness to reach the highest standards, though the space available for a single pass is slightly smaller. This model is the ideal choice for projects located in regions with extreme cold or heat, or for facilities with strict cleanliness requirements, as it delivers maximum energy savings and superior airtightness.

4. Combined Revolving Door with Sliding Side Doors

This option allows for the integration of automatic sliding doors on either side of the revolving door. It is well-suited for venues such as hospitals, subway stations, and exhibition centers that require the flexibility to accommodate both the transport of large equipment and daily pedestrian traffic. The revolving door is used during normal operation to conserve energy, while the side doors are opened during emergencies or when transporting large items.

Common Faults and Troubleshooting

1. Door Body Fails to Rotate

Causes: Motor not receiving power, controller malfunction, or sensor obstruction.

Solutions: Check power supply and controller connections to ensure they are functioning correctly; clean the sensors surrounding the door wings to ensure there are no obstructions.

2. Door Body Rotation Is Uneven or Jerky

Causes: Insufficient lubrication of pulleys, bearings, or guide rails; friction between the door wings and the door frame.

Solutions: Clean and lubricate the pulleys, bearings, and guide rails on a quarterly basis. Check the clearance between the door wings and the door frame; if any misalignment is detected, adjust it immediately.

3. Anti-Pinch Function Malfunction

Causes: Infrared or microwave sensors obstructed by dust; sensor failure.

Solutions: Regularly clean the surfaces of the sensors; check sensor cables and connectors for looseness; replace faulty sensors if necessary.

4. Emergency Manual Opening Function Fails

Causes: Emergency opening device operated incorrectly; mechanical jamming.

Solutions: Refer to the operation manual to perform an emergency opening drill; regularly inspect the mechanical components and locking mechanisms of the emergency opening system to ensure they operate smoothly.

5. Excessive Door Body Noise

Causes: Worn pulleys; friction between the door body and the door frame; insufficient lubrication.

Solutions: Clean the tracks and pulleys; apply an appropriate amount of lubricant; adjust the clearance between the door wings and the door frame to eliminate friction.

If the noise originates from the motor, motor maintenance or replacement may be required.

6. Motor Overheating or Frequent Tripping

Causes: Excessive load; abnormal resistance in the door wings; or a fault within the motor itself.

Solutions: Check if the opening and closing of the door wings are obstructed and clear any obstacles; verify that the motor load falls within the specifications required for the door system.
