The company's after-sales service department has a professional installation team. After receiving an order, installers will perform the installation work according to the "Installation Operation Manual." After installation, acceptance will be conducted according to the "Installation Acceptance Standard." Then, the user will sign for receipt according to the "Automatic Door Installation Acceptance Form." The marketing department will establish a "User File" for each user. If installation guidance is required for purchasing our products, the company can dispatch experienced installers for on-site guidance.

1. The company promises that the return rate of OWNIC automatic door series products will be less than 3%.
2. The company promises a warranty on major product components and lifetime maintenance from the date of project acceptance.
3. During the free warranty period, the company will be responsible for free repair or replacement of any damage caused by the quality of the project itself.
4. The company will regularly visit users annually to understand the product usage status and provide feedback to relevant departments to improve product quality and service.
5. All quality problems reported by customers through any channel will be recorded, and the marketing department will dispatch personnel to provide on-site repair within 48 hours (excluding travel time).
6. After the free warranty period, for damage to the project products caused by improper use, repair services will be provided promptly, charging only for parts and travel expenses.
