Post-Installation Acceptance Checklist

1. On-Site Airtightness Testing

Upon completion of the installation of the Maglev Automatic Hermetic Sliding Door, an on-site airtightness test must be conducted. A capture hood or differential pressure gauge should be used to measure the air leakage rate; this rate must be ≤ 0.5 m³/(m²·h) for standard models, or ≤ 0.25 m³/(m²·h) for Maglev/high-end models.

For negative or positive pressure rooms, the door's ability to maintain the required pressure differential while in the closed position must be verified (e.g., ≥ 5 Pa for operating rooms).

2. Operational Performance Testing

The newly installed Maglev door must undergo a test consisting of 50 consecutive open-and-close cycles. The adjustable range for the door's opening and closing time is 1 to 11 seconds.

A noise level test should be conducted at a distance of 1 meter from the door; the measured noise level for the Maglev door must be ≤ 35 dB.

3. Safety Function Testing

To ensure safe long-term operation, safety function tests are mandatory. Please verify that the anti-pinch safety feature is effective, that the emergency opening mechanism functions correctly, and that emergency backup functions remain operational in the event of a power failure.
